Over the last several years we have consequently implemented market strategy designed in league with AT Kearney, an international consulting company of high reputation. According to which we act as specialized expert – IT integrator. To ensure our business security on competitive IT market we operate according to the diversified structure of income model coming from three strategic business activities areas: business applications, system integration and intelligent building technologies. 

In each of these three categories we empower our position as an expert in selected market segments, that allows us to sell solutions of high added value and having high expansion capability. Our Company became the leader in the following categories:

• sophisticated Contact Center solutions – specially in VoIP technologies and these dedicated for vertical customer groups CRM and ERP – in so far as business applications
• IT security and electronic with multimedia communication solutions – in so far as system integration,
• data center solutions and complex electrical power engineering and building automatics systems – in so far as Intelligent Building Systems.

This strategy implementation result is constant empowering of the Company’s position through increase of the share in selected new technologies market segments. Specially our greatest strategic targets are:

• empower of our leader position in so far as data center projects implementation.
• enlarge of the offer and constant share in the market growth in so far as IT security,
• enlarge of the share in the sophisticated mass storage systems market,
• increasing the number of regular renowned corporate customers,
• enlarge of the offer in so far as IT outsourcing services for corporate customers.

The strategy implementation requires adequate competences development as far as technology and products are concerned, this is implemented through:

• consistent acquiring of new skills in filed of business applications implementation,
• enlargement of the offer in so far as VoIP technologies for Call Centers,
• enlargement of the offer in so far as ERP for trade and distribution market segments,
• enlargement of the offer in so far as the construction and equipment of data centers and server rooms,
• having very close relations with IT security systems manufacturers in order to have priority in introducing their new solutions on the polish market,
• constant tracing the market expectations and facing customer needs.

The integrator strategy implementation is significantly based on development of dedicated solutions, adjusted to individual Customer needs, based on ultramodern, trusted products coming from leaders of new technologies world wide.
