The systems installed in modern service and office facilities or specialized facilities, such as Data Centers, are used for twenty-four hours a day. Even the slightest failure may hinder the functioning of the facility or the loss of its fundamental functions. Bearing these threats in mind, we put professional service at our customers’ disposal. It ensures the high quality and reliable operation of installed systems.

Among other services, we provide:

•  comprehensive service for the whole buildings,
•  system service and modernization with regard to technical aspects and the assessment of threats,
•  distance diagnosis of the problem source based on secure access packages,
•  stocktaking of system resources,
•  inspection and maintenance of installed systems allowing to extend warranty periods and „predict” possible defects.

In our service department, situated in two places - in Warszawa and in Kraków, we employ more than 30 people who deal with projects implemented all over Poland. We have a spare part warehouse, where we keep spare parts for all facilities serviced by us. At our customer’s request, a spare part warehouse may be dedicated only to the needs of a given facility and located on its premises.
